Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which govern your participation in the program and your relationship with Cyber Nut Agency. These Terms outline your rights and obligations as an affiliate partner.

To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site or promotional methods are unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include those that promote illegal activities, contain offensive content, or violate intellectual property rights.

• Use only authorized promotional materials provided by Cyber Nut Agency, such as banners, links, and logos.
• Ensure that your promotional activities are ethical and legal, avoiding any practices such as spam, false advertising, or unauthorized use of trademarks.
• Maintain the integrity and reputation of Cyber Nut Agency by accurately representing our products and services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising, consumer protection, and privacy.

• You will earn a 10% commission on the net sales amount for each customer you refer to Cyber Nut Agency who completes a purchase.
• Commissions are only payable for purchases made through your unique affiliate link provided by Cyber Nut Agency.
• The net sales amount is the total sale amount minus any taxes, shipping fees, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Example: If you refer a customer who makes a purchase of $100, and there are $10 in taxes and $5 in shipping fees, your commission will be 10% of $85 ($100 - $10 - $5), which equals $8.50.

• Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days following the end of each calendar month.
• Payments will be made via [insert payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
• You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the payment method.
• To receive payment, you must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Cyber Nut Agency will provide you with access to a dashboard where you can track your referrals and commission earnings. The dashboard will show detailed information about your referrals, including the number of clicks, sales, and commission amounts. You agree to regularly review your tracking reports and notify us of any discrepancies within 30 days of their occurrence. This helps ensure accurate tracking and payment of your commissions.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
• Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities related to Cyber Nut Agency and remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your site.
• Any outstanding commissions owed to you at the time of termination will be paid in accordance with our regular payment schedule.
• Cyber Nut Agency reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if you engage in any fraudulent or unethical activities.

You agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business plans, marketing strategies, and customer data, secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Cyber Nut Agency. Confidential information includes any non-public information that could reasonably be considered confidential or proprietary.

• Cyber Nut Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
• Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the affiliate program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may terminate this agreement in accordance with the termination clause.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of [insert applicable jurisdiction].
